Introducing Renaud Le Rasle as the new Chef de Cuisine of Riva

Bringing Michellin-starred passion from France and New York. Now in Jakarta.

From Valence in Southern, France, Renaud gained early experience in Michelin Star Restaurants, La Mer Ajaccio, Le Gourmandin, Lyon, and La Tour d’Argent, Paris.
 
Further senior positions followed in Paris at L’Escargot de Montorgueil, Le Bistrot de l’Etoile by Guy Savoy and Guy Savoy Restaurant (3 Michelin Stars).
A move to New York included various high profile restaurants, C.T Restaurant, under Executive Chef Claude Trois Gros, Le Cirque under Executive Chef Sylvain Portay and Jean Georges Restaurant at Trump Tower.
 
Before joining The Park Lane, Renaud has been Executive Chef at the Orient Express Hotel in Ubud, Bali who’s Beduur Restaurant features French Asian cuisine.
