We are delighted to announce the appointment of  Mickael Do Van from Paris, France as the new Chef de Cuisine of RIVA, the hotels French restaurant.

A young, highly talented & dynamic French Chef, Mickael has working experience in top 2 & 3 Michelin Star Restaurants in Paris including Le Cinq at Hotel Georges V under Chef Eric Briffard, Les Ambassadeurs at Hotel de Crillon under Chef Jean-Francois Piege, Jacques Cagna Restaurant & Ambroisie Restaurant under Chef Bernard Pacaud.

Being the first time to work in Asia, Mickael looks forward to exploring the Regions ingredients and spices to incorporate into his contemporary creations, alongside Riva’s Classic Signature dishes which he will retain on the menu.

With a motivated team to lead, he aims to further enhance and elevate the reputation of Riva to be the best French Restaurant in Indonesia.
